This agreement applies as between you and Winning Boxing Gloves (hereinafter referred to as “Winning Boxing Gloves,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing and using our website and online store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

1. Intellectual Property

Such material is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

2. Orders and Acknowledgment

All purchases are governed by these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of any other terms.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or of legal age in your jurisdiction).

An order is only considered accepted once we issue written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. No modifications to an order are accepted unless approved by us in writing.

If there is any inconsistency between the prices displayed online and our written acknowledgment, the latter will prevail.

3. Product Descriptions and Prices

We strive to ensure that all product information is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors in pricing, descriptions, or product availability may occur. Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

We reserve the right to update or change product information (including prices and availability) at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Order Rejection

Orders may be refused if:

In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded.

5. Order Cancellation

Winning Boxing Gloves reserves the right to cancel any order before shipment, for reasons including but not limited to:

Force majeure (natural disaster, technical failure, etc.)

Product unavailability

If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Customers may cancel an order within 14 working days of receiving the order confirmation email. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

6. Product Availability

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw products from sale at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the unavailability of products.

7. Chargebacks

Before requesting a chargeback, customers must contact Winning Boxing Gloves to resolve any issue.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension or legal action.

8. Warranty

Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
If a defect is found, please contact us with written details. Our responsibility is limited to replacement of the defective item upon return inspection.

This warranty does not cover:

Misuse or improper handling
Unauthorized modification
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to neglect or accident

Minor variations that do not affect performance are not considered defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or injury caused by negligence or fraud.

However, Winning Boxing Gloves is not liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business
Indirect or consequential damages
Errors or delays beyond our control

Our total liability shall never exceed the price paid for the product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date billing and shipping details.
Orders suspected of resale or fraud may be canceled.

By providing third-party data, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consents to share it with us.

We make no warranties that our products will meet every customer’s expectations or that our website will always be error-free.
